  Rob Rosa CEO & Managing Director Rob Rosa joined Q Security Systems  as the Chief Operating Officer in November 2013 and was later promoted to CEO and MD as of October 2014. Rob left Pacific Communications as firstly the National Sales Manager and then was promoted as General Manager Sales &  Operation during a 9.5 year tenure with Hills Holdings. Rob has been involved in the security and investigative industry for over 28 years in which he has held numerous positions in government, private and ASX listed companies. Rob was also the Head of Security for Melbourne City Council and also prior to that the General Manager of Vangren Technology which was a system integration company servicing financial and commercial blue chip clients. Rob has an Advanced Certificate in Sales Management, an Associate Diploma of Business Marketing and a BA in Arts majoring in Criminal Justice.  Other interests and associations during his 28 years in the industry include being a member of the Course Advisory Panel (CAP) member for Australian Institute of Public Safety for undergraduate and graduate programs from 2000 – 2008. A member of the CPTED committee (Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design) from 2002 – 2004. A member of the MEMPLAN and DISPLAN committee for emergency response coordination for the entire CBD of Melbourne and surrounding areas from 1994 to 1997 and was also involved with Coode Island response initiative.

  Edmond Tern Chief Financial Officer Edmond Tern is the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of Q Technology Group Limited (ASX: QTG) who owns 100% of QRSciences Security Pty Ltd, trading as Q Security Systems. In his role, Edmond is responsible for all matters pertaining to finance, HR, IT and administration. Edmond is a member of CPA Australia with experience spanned across banking, manufacturing, wholesale and distribution sectors. Prior to joining the group, Edmond was the Asia Pacific Regional Controller for ASSA ABLOY, a Swedish conglomerate, responsible for finance and analysis functions for the region and had many successes in M&A and restructuring activities. Since joining the company in 2012, Edmond has streamlined the finance and administration functions and has successfully re-organised the group’s borrowings to mainstream commercial bank. 

 

Edmond Tern

BDM National Alarms Sales 

Previously, the DSC Regional Manager for South East Asia, Australia and New Zealand, Rob brings over 9 years experience with Tyco/DSC. 

Rob comes from an extensive corporate financial background having senior roles with Unilever, Toyota, TNT and Brambles.  Rob also successfully managed large, high profile projects, and was promoted within Tyco to Australasian Product Manager for Tyco Safety Products where he was responsible for the management of Tyco manufactured security products within Australia and New Zealand. 

He was appointed National Business Development Manager for QAS in June 2009 and currently is also the NSW Branch Manager for QSS.

  Ian Fuller  VIC Branch Manager With over 18 years experience in the Electronic Security Industry, Ian joined the team at QSS from over 11 years at Pacific Communications.  Ian joined PACOM in 2003 as the Rail Project Manager completing the rollout of CCTV on rolling stock.  At the completion of the project he became the Branch Operations Manager responsible for the daily running of the sales branch as well as managing CCTV rollouts for National Customers such as Coles and Target. In 2006 Ian became the Victorian Project Operations Manager successfully winning the Metro Trains CCTV   System, which over time has become the largest DVTEL system in Australia. This included project management, design, commissioning and technical support. For the last 4 years he has held the role of IP Product Manager, mainly focusing as the DVTEL Product Specialist among other IP products.  Prior to joining Pacific Communications, Ian had held sales, project management and service positions with security integration companies. He has also accomplished a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Electrical & Computer Systems. Ian Fuller now holds the role as Victorian Branch Manager at Q Security Systems.

  Hardi Kurnadi  QLD Branch Manager  Hardi has been in the electronic security industry for more than 20 years and brings a wealth of specialist knowledge and expertise that QSS says will allow him to assist and consult with clients with confidence. Prior to joining Pacific Communications in 1995, Hardi spent 8 years as the service manager for Bell and Howell Australia looking after Microfilm Machinery.  Since then, he has spent 18 years with Pacific Communications working across the company as service manager and operations manager before advancing to the position of Qld branch manager in 2009.   During the past 4 years, Hardi was responsible for the overall management of the branch, supervising sales staff and business development managers who provide CCTV security to defence sites, financial institutions, airports/ports/train, correction facilities, utilities/energy companies, universities, hospitals and major infrastructure sites. He was also responsible for maximizing profitable sales and marketing of Pacific Communications products, lines and services, which he achieved annually. Hardi is working on developing and strengthening customer and end user relationships within the company.

  Vince Pedulla  WA Branch Manager  Vince Pedulla joined Q Security systems as  WA Manager in January 2011, bringing 20 years of security industry experience with him. Vince has extensive sales and management knowledge gained both as a business owner and sales executive in the security, real estate and hospitality industries. After successfully building a security business in Perth in the early nineties, Vince spent time with Signature Security and most recently, with Seadan Security which was Vince’s introduction into the wholesale security industry.  Vince understands client requirements and has built a reputation of delivering premium sales and after sales service, and is committed to growing the Q Security Systems business in WA.

Vince Pedulla joined Q Security systems as  WA Manager in January 2011, bringing 20 years of security industry experience with him.

Vince has extensive sales and management knowledge gained both as a business owner and sales executive in the security, real estate and hospitality industries. After successfully building a security business in Perth in the early nineties, Vince spent time with Signature Security and most recently, with Seadan Security which was Vince’s introduction into the wholesale security industry. 

Vince understands client requirements and has built a reputation of delivering premium sales and after sales service, and is committed to growing the Q Security Systems business in WA.

As manager, he was responsible for a successful  sales team, ensuring efficient system support and product service ,  and  all matters relating to the day to day running of a successful branch. He dealt with consultants and customers at every level of the security business and for just about every CCTV application. Prior to joining Pacom, Gavin had his own security company specializing in CCTV and electronic article security (EAS). Gavin has a Diploma in Management Practices  from  the Australian Institute of Management, and is also a member of the Australian Institute of Emergency Services.

 

Malcolm Stewart 
SA Business development manager

Gavin joined QSS in November 2014 as SA Sales Manager. He has been in the CCTV security industry for 38 years and so he brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience. 

Gavin came to QSS after 19 years at Pacific Communications where he  had been the SA Branch Manager. As manager, he was responsible for a successful  sales team, ensuring efficient system support and product service ,  and  all matters relating to the day to day running of a successful branch. He dealt with consultants and customers at every level of the security business and for just about every CCTV application. Prior to joining Pacom, Gavin had his own security company specializing in CCTV and electronic article security (EAS).

Gavin has a Diploma in Management Practices  from  the Australian Institute of Management, and is also a member of the Australian Institute of Emergency Services.
